Ken, I take it you have looked into CHS recently. I don't know why but I remember taking a look back in 1997. At that time they were in a bad state. The thing I remember is Ms. Claus (chairman, president and CEO) provided 10 million in cash for collateral to secure bank debt and there was some major restructuring going on. I thought at the time that Ms. Claus (after all she put up 10 million) was confident that the plan would work out in the end but that it would be years before the company was back on there feet. Have things started to turn around already, are you just looking, trading, holding, what can you tell me. Thanks. Joe
