Comdisco is a huge company, we all know this. We are only concerned with CYOE and their dealings with them. We know they are not fly by night. Barrons did question their accounting methods back in the 80s. Did they book future earnings off the lease of Eugen Curcio and Crescent? I don't thing they will see a dime. The lease is secured by Crescents receivables. Haves Crescent broken ground on that new location in Texas? Don't think so. CYOE even mentioned that they may never see the future service contract income from Crescent. Then their is a question as to the lease with Apollo Telecom and the other company we have not identified. One good operative we have has found out that the reason the Chairman and board member resigned on 1/12/99 from Comdisco had to do with Comdisco having over 5% ownership in CYOE. They had forgot that those warants put them over the top. Has Comdisco done other questionable transactions like the one with CYOE. We really don't know now do we?
