Then I am switching from Schwab today...it will take a while, but with all the interesting small stocks that are VERY fast moving and cheap, I have to have someone that will execute these kinds of trades so I, and not THEY, can make some serious cash...I have missed too many and although the service is great...$30 per 1000 is history.

The thing about warrants: If there is a company out there interested in buying TiS (totally hypothetical), the buyer would try to wait until warrants expired before making an offer. Outstanding warrants have a dilutive effect until expired.

Also, its not unusual for outstanding warrants to hold the price of the stock down. The EPS per share is less when you include outstanding warrants. The potential EPS increases once warrants expire, thus the intrinsic value of the stock will be higher.
