I talked to IR yesterday and I thought a few things were meaningful;

1) Polley has been there for only two weeks
2) There was a news release that had a quote from another CPUnet employee Micheal Laskoff (marketing) did anyone see this?
3) There was not a spin off???? They have a subsidiary named Compusanet.com inc. They buy, sell, back office separately from CPU.
4)The new management team will decide the source and size of required funding after they finished their business plan in approx. 2 months.
5) Hits to earnings for the next two quarters will continue for CPUnet investment (2-3cents+)
6) We should expect to see the new team in press releases regarding CPUnet from this point forward. ( I felt Halpins involvement didn't help)
7) The business is headquartered in Marlboro Mass. (Home of the direct business). I joked how Halpin runs a business in Dallas and lives in Boston and Polley does the opposite.
8)There is much more to come......(I stated I was concerned we just announced a new subsidiary with two paragraphs in the press). I believe this to still be consistant with Halpin's "announcements in early April" statements.

I asked whether the CPUnet numbers would be reported separate from CPUs numbers in the next quarter....Answer... that's was not clear yet????
