John : I've learned my lesson many times in trying to be too imaginative about patterns which haven't yet happened ! But, I do like the stochastics on the weekly graph which is also slow enough to enable a reasonable up-cycle to develop before the stochastics turn down again. I don't know about blue skies! I think the situation in Kosovo will be very distressing to the West. Stratfor has some exellent reports. Here's one stratfor.com I hate to say it but the US could be drawn into another Viet Nam under the leadership of Bill Clinton. What a wonderful prospect!

Been watching the H&S in XAU develop for a while. Two cautions. The right shoulder has not formed and penetrated the neckline and because the Right shoulder is lower than the left shoulder, it could be a weaker bottom if it does in fact complete. Live long and prosper, Little joe
