-- NOVL Techie question --- Mirroring Novell 3.12 systems: Just added a second drive, not the same brand or size!! 3 Gig Segate, 4 Gig Samsung (newer) I did the steps via the 'books' but when I go to the INSTALL module now it says "Out of Sync" for the second drive, but the first/main drive says "Mirrored"...and "In Sync". On the new drive: I first created a DOS partition & copied all the DOS files/directories over to the new. Then I booted into the server and created a Netware partition via Install on this new drive....then I did the Mirror steps....is this correct procedure? edit: Now when I give the command "mirror status" ,, I get "Partition #1 is being remirrored (14% complete)" and it is taking a a few minutes for each % to complete. Is this what should be happening? Thanks, FredEEEE....
