A lot of the things in it was exagerated then and now can be seen as pure total bullshit taken way off context. Of course a sagging stock price causes a great deal of difficulty in all things. I bet that if there was no short intrest in VVUS, this would be a $10 stock even with all the problems and their future would be a lot brighter. If we are to belive Fat Herb and Big K's support of his statements, then we should take out most of the companies and shoot them dead. But it is good to know that when the sharks come hunting, you better make sure you have a life jacket close by cause if there is no storm to sink the ship, they can always use a torpedo.
