But on the other hand, the guest on the recent Wall St. Week program with Rukeyser stated that the growth fund she manages slid out of their tobacco shares due to the mountain of litigation ahead and her estimate that MO had less than a 4% chance of beating the 4 major cases they were fighting.

C. Kim Goodwin who turned around the moribund American Century Fund has great credentials in picking growth stocks, and in her opinion, tobacco is not a growth stock that meets her criterion.
