Odd math;
If NUOA has 10 times as many shares issues as OAIS and owns
50% of OAIS, that means every share of NUOA is worth 1/20 of
a share of OAIS minus a penalty for duplication of overhead.
Does NUOA hold warrants for OAIS or a contract with a fixed
purchase price? What does either of these companies have to do
with Online gaming?
