Nope Winspear will not be tied up in the courts only dispute is 16% more for Winspear.
Full steam Ahead and krt will still be at .30c or less in years to come.

Winspear will not be tied up in the Courts as the dispute is about 16% that Winspear may end up with more of Snap Lake only to make more Canadian $$$$$ for Shareholders in Which you are not a part of too bad but thats life.
