<<If this Spring is anything like last Spring when DCHT hit $8, and Steve is privy to DCH's short to mid-term business plans, why not file to sell some shares in case the stock skyrockets?>>

Absolutely!!

Too bad everyone was not privy to the short and mid-term business plans. The stock is roughly $1.20 and this is from Steve's post #525:

<<For long term aggressive investors with a high-risk tolerance we recommend buying up to $5.00 and holding for long term price appreciation into the $12.00 to $15.00 level, or more in Y2000. >>

Perhaps Steve is not a long term, aggressive investor, otherwise I would have thought that he would still be on the buy side.

I guess that everyone must decide on their own risk tolerance.
