Reading Yahoo threads can be unpleasant sometimes, but hey someone has to do it !!!!

Questions for SI thread.

1. If the stock is down because of general sentiment about WRS business segment and small cap stocks, and is not down because of anything company specific, and if things are in as good a shape as many of us think, then why wouldn't a company like SUN that knows how good a business WRS has buy it out?

2. If SUN bought WRS out and paid a 100% premium (hypothetically the largest premium they'd have to pay) would not SUN have been a much better investment than WRS over virtually any period of time you'd choose to compare them, even with this premium priced in.

3. Are the advantages large cap stocks have insurmountable because they can not only leverage products in the marketplace, but because they are appreciating faster and valued higher than companies like WRS they can always buy out a successful company of WRS size should such a company capture an attractive market segment.

Thanks,

Greg
