I went to the site and got the message details for publications uso5841116 were not found. What did the article say that you saw and how does it affect trkr? I recently called trkr at 1 800 822 8757 and requested an information package including the video which was promptly sent. They included some goodies including a tracker tag for my keys, i thought that was good customer relations I still have a few questions including suppose an item was recovered 100 miles from me how would tracker scan the tag to see who it belonged to. I am in the contracting business and tools that walk away get expensive, although i think the bigger chunk of business would from large business inventory and warranty control ect. Reading through the information it looks like a yearly charge would be required, i didnt see any rates
