Gradual influence will have a more lasting effect than an extreme, sudden attack. Know what you want to accomplish and work towards it in a consistent, but gentle manner. Be gentle, but not indecisive. Determine what you must do and then carry through resolutely. You can benefit from a moderate approach and from consulting with insightful or intuitive individuals. The situation started out badly and is presently in a state of confusion. Think through your strategy prudently and maintain your integrity. Be careful before starting the change, be steadfast throughout the implementation, and be thorough in your reflection on the results. This will bring good fortune.
