blankmind,

I am about as Republican as they get, but I am also a realist. There is no point trying to say the blame in this case lies mostly with the Democrats and Clinton because frankly, it doesn't make any difference to me whatsoever. That discussion is not going to help anyone here make money investing, including you, so what's the point. This board is not the place to hash it out.

I will vote my Republican vote at the next election as my official form of protest to what has happened to our Country over the past few years. But this irrelevant as far as discussing MSFT and investing/trading opportunities.

I love MSFT. It has brought me incredible wealth at a very young age. Does this mean I believe blindly that they have not broken the law (just a little bit) or abused their "market" power in some way? Of course not. If I was that stupid, I never would have kept my investment in them as long as I have. For God sakes man, this is an obvious part of the reason why this stock kicks a@@. To think otherwise is ridiculous. And I hope they get away with it for as long as they can. Any company, given the opportunity to act the way MSFT has would do it without thinking or remorse. That's the way businesses operate, and that's the way our Government operates as well.

In a way, Clinton, the Congress and the State AGs are not really doing anything different than what MSFT has been doing for years. Using their powerful positions in the Market to leverage the growth of their own respective self interests. So to me, everyone is guilty of the same crap. So what's the point of saying its the Democrats vs Republicans fault? It doesn't accomplish anything.

Instead, focus all that terrific energy of yours on helping the rest of us come up with the next "sure thing" idea to make us some more $$$. That's what this Board and my posts are about. There's no other reason to be here.

Blankmind, I love reading your posts relating to Democrats/Republicans/Communists. I won't say whether i agree or not, but I enjoy reading the arguments or exchanges that you have with others on this thread. It prompts many to offer their opinions as well. Keeps me amused!!

Actually, I only like brief exchanges the subject of politics.
Gives me a chance to think about a response to RTev on his take about the trial.

Thanks.

BTW--If I say that I support Democrats, I would be asking for trouble on this thread.
