chuca marsh,
although i no longer own JNNE i do remember this lawsuite coming up on si and ragingbull threads.i for one think if the law suite gets settled it woent be any time soon.let me ask you, does JNNE have an attorney representing them on behalf of this lawsuite on a contingency basis?i would sure hope so,as who and how would an attorney get paid from them?they have no big $$$$ or any $$$ at all.
as far as the kisock's they are on the ball with their direction although i for one am not thrilled with the new co doing on line informercials.i think tv is the only way to go on that route.also how are they getting the $$$$ to buy the infermercial co? most likly through stock and you know what that means delution!!!!!!also when are they going to be fully reporting?they have been saying for ever that they will report.they are running out of time as you are well aware of the new bb laws that go into effect july99.also if they should report i bet you dimes to dollars that they do a reverse split.
notice all my also's?to me this is not good, although i do think JNNE and any bb stock at any time for no apperant reason could sky-rocket.
sincerly,
emmerofshmoe
