RTev, more than anything, AOL is in the GUI/Customer relationship business.

It will be an easy concept for the MSFT lawyers to go after, if they so choose, to talk about a world where Consumers get to know and love the AOL GUI, and windows becomes transparent. And that discussion will help MSFT in this case.

"because the facts that you expressed so well just don't support the strategy."

I hate the strategy they (MSFT) have been using... where is the video of Netscape, Corel, IBM, Intuit execs promising publicly to bury MSFT?

The endless press reports of Netscape saying that the operating system was going to be the internet. Blah Blah Blah.

The video of the recent Linux expo should be the center of the trial.
MSFT isn't really paranoid if everyone IS out to get them!
