Actually I think part of the run up had to do with the fact fund managers knew BII was getting indexed. It isn't rocket science . Market cap , volume, it was well known there were two openings coming up . Indexing can be a two edged sword. Funds constantly have to adjust positions so as not to be over or under weighted. Bii had a great quarter all houses and funds in Canada already in . Lastly I'm not a shorter but I tell you ,if you think Nasdaq is paved with riches watch out for US shorters , they are all looking to break the back of an Inet, BII is ripe for them. Lots of shares , no control by insiders 8% of issued stock and its been trading prior to any debut on Nasdaq.
