Thanks, Suzanne, for the clarification. Having 41M shares ready to be added to the float at any time is very troublesome. Hopefully RG will not take them--does anyone know the terms of the loan and how long TSIG has to pay him back before he converts?

Of course, one must assume that RG does not want to crush the company by converting.

Here is an analogy that is simple but slips by us at times..

A coma'pany selling for 50cents a share..with nearly unlimited sock to issue:

Does it worry if the stock drops to one cent a share ? If they can get 2 cents for a truck load of more paper they doubled..once again hehe
