well thats good.let say hypertheticly that they settle for 10% which would be 6 million the attorney gets 33.1/2%-40% 4-4.5 mil not bad for JNNE.this would most likely be through a payment plan over time as the other co has no $$ either.JNNE gets a stipulation & confession of judgement for the full 60 mil.if JNNE does win the other co may file chapter 11 for protection.no,to tell you the truth the money will be made with th kisock's.that is going to do them great in the long run. emmerofshmoe
