The old stock has value. It's undetermined what it is until litigation is complete. But it appears that 2.5% of the new common will be reserved for warrants issued to holders of the old common. There were 19.5 million fully diluted old common. That's what made sense from a call I just made to the company. There was a CC on 3/22 but there is currently no transcript available, but should be soon upon approval.

I don't know. But my guess is allot more that .12
