TomCat Ya the VP at ABER screwed up and never signed the papers or put up the cash. Nothing ever adds up when were talking big cash.

I heard that there is a personality spat between Winspear and a VP of Aber who was supposed to handle the paperwork. Rany and the top man at Aber were still friendly, as of last week. A business is still made up of individuals who some times get their adjendas mixed up with their professional responsibilities. Very costly! Aber may still end up getting back in with paying a penalty but who knows. Lots can come into play from right field when one least expects it. Winspear does not lose from the original position in any case.
