Are we sure that there are two problems? Rampup of RDRam production seems to be a real issue. But I doubt that Camino is having problems. While Camino is being delayed, isn't more likely that it is because of the RDRam production problems. I suspect Intel is holding it back. Intel isn't about to release Camino until full systems can be sold.
