Caution Way Off Topic I live north-east of Sacramento CA and have Qwest as my long distance provider. For at least the past 6 hours I have been unable to make any long-distance telephone calls due to an "all circuits busy" message when I do. I have attempted to contact Qwest via telephone but have the same all circuits busy problem. Have a few questions: Anyone else experiencing similar problems with Qwest or other LD providers? Anyone know how I might contact Qwest in a timely fashion to have this problem cured? Thanks for any help anyone can give.
