If ERTH is having trouble with brittle hinges for their clamshell it may take some time before they can fix it. But it's not the end of the world. I agree with a previous poster who questioned starting out with a complicated product like the clamshell, why didn't they start out with simple items like plates and cups? I should imagine there is a larger market for plates than there is for clamshells, anyway.
Keep the faith, baby. Khashoggi is not about to allow his 75% of shares to expire worthless.

Its certainly not comparable to Lou Gerstner or Bill Gates because those companies are already well-established - ERTH is a developmental stage co. where the fiduciary should be hesitant to engage in any transactions that would put selling pressure on the stock & reduce confidence in the company.
