Actually, FG, "sponsorships" are advertisements, nothing more. As for your precious ZSUN, lets take a look at some new facts about ZSUN.

(By the way, if you want to sue anyone for "defamation" I suggest you start with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, who sent me a nice little email today with the following information...)

CRIMINAL ACTIVITY ALERT!

It seems that ZiaSun's powerful broker-dealer arm, Amber Securities (remember FG, thats whats behind the awesome web-based Swiftrade site, right?) has been using unregistered reps in Hong Kong to recruit clients to open accounts with Amber Securities, and then had these unregistered reps receive trading instructions and pass them on to Amber Securities.

Not only was Amber using unregistered reps, its Hong Kong arm "Amber Global Limited" is also not registered with the HK Securities & Futures Commission.

This is not speculation. This is fact. People employed by Amber (and by using the transitive property, ZSUN) have been, in the words of the SFC, "successfully prosecuted" and here is my favorite part...

Amber Global Limited (again, using the transitive property, ZSUN) pleaded GUILTY to the charges.

Buyer Beware!
