G'day all - Jerard, thanks for the site. Indeed quite an eye opening. I ve bookmarked for further references. A quick read in some of the areas I vaguely know about Indian culture [not much,] it is using a gentle approach. No polemic or what not. Too brief, maybe. Somehow, I find myself questioning the nonchalant approach. Maybe my heart is with the untouchables <sg>! Afterall, some modern advaita vendata teachers have tried to point out caste system has no place in the [hindu] scheme of enlightenment [i.e., the union of the Atman with the Brahma.] best, Bosco
