3D--You know---the other reality-- the one you can bruise yourself in. As opposed to this friendly environs where we can be what we want and who we want, and walk away if someone is mean. I come here to restore myself with the humor and intelligence and sweetness of all of you. To play dressup and pretend with Thomas, or wordgames with LLR, to ask opinions or seek solace or have temper tantrums. This weekend, however, is a 3D celebration-- I have rented four girly movies (no, not those kind, silly Freddy), bought a small steak and a good bottle of wine, and am ready to thoroughly indulge the physical senses while my troop is happily wallowing in the new snow at Breckenridge. I even gave the cats a can of expensive cat food--partly out of guilt- they have their little operations Tuesday morning. And also because I was hoping they'll let me eat my steak in peace if they're full of Gourmet Happy Cat. And as an added fillip, I have Stephen King's Bag of Bones to keep me awake all night. And it looks as if a storm is blowing in. Can life get better?
