ahoj!!

Thank you for your prompt reply and lesson. So, hypothetically, Saatchi could place a Barclays ad on a site ( or wherever ) without Barclays knowing it. My follow on question has to be, please bear with me here, if the site turned out to be a fraud ( or whatever ) and brought Barclays good name into disrepute wouldn't Saatchi be liable to a lawsuit of some kind?

Thank you for your patience

pivo
