Thanks for the insight Ken,sorry to hear about the problems/prices..I don't mind hearing about gas price increases,but when I hear about diesel fuel,,I get worried<g>,my vehicles don't burn gas, but I'm afraid I won't be able to mow the lawn this summer,damn<g>..DD

Ken: Good point about 1973. The Country is so dependant on fuel oils, that a big Hike in fuel prices ripple though the economy.
All manners of transportation feel the price increases and pass it on to the consumer.
Today it's at the Gas Pump, tomorrow it's anything that is shipped.

The way to stop the inflation, should it become a problem, run up Interest rates, and we all know what that will do to the markets as well as the overall economy.

Between Y2K, 666, War, The White House, Asia, oil, etc.... I will be glad when 1999 and 2000 are behind us.
