On each thread, you can go back to the first message by going to the thread "Header", and clicking on "Start".

Also, although I have not tried it, I think you can institute an individual search on each thread if you are researching a specific topic.

If your do a full text search for an item, you get back about 80 - 100 responses. Usually, since they are sorted by date, so you only get those posted that day or may the day before.

What if you want to go back farther, say look at a list of items about a stock that was posted a week ago.

Is there any way to go back farther down the list. Something like a "previous" button or like the ability you have to go to message 700 in a group?
