FG; Thanks for the clarification, this means Swiftrade is run by ZSUN in cooperation with criminals (as defined by the HKSFC), as opposed to just being run by criminals, which is marginally better, but makes me question ZSUN's management credibility. As for the clearing firm issue, I dont understand the relevance. Clearing firms do business with all sorts of small firms. In fact, Bear Stearns, a large clearing firm, had a number of small criminal broker/dealers as clients. As for the source, just go and call or write them! I was able to do it, and I am sure, with the help of all the Asian-focused web power of ZSUN at your disposal you can find a phone number or email address at the HKSFC. Hey, why not use searchdragon?
