mark: fair enough. if you believe that my comments have no value, so be it. however, the reason that i have targeted HC for condemnation is that: (1) he/she claims to be an ardent long; (2) in an earlier post (from a few weeks ago, i believe) he/she asserted that markman had "hyped" the stock; (3) when i challenged him/her to support that outrageous and inflammatory allegation with facts, none were forthcoming; and (4) he/she now claims that the recent $20M in financing is properly categorized as a "death spiral convertibles [deal]" when that is clearly not true (please read the PR and the recent sec filing from yesterday on the financing deal for yourself). my language was strong, but i believed it appropriate. of course, you and others are free to disagree, condemn my assessments or simply ignore my posts. i stand by my prior post. peace.
