DD, sorry, but I really do not have the four to six hours it will take to make a case. The company, in my book is a carcass just from the little I see in their April 1, 1999 (yesterday) 10-KSB. They did not bother mentioning the floorless, for that I'll probably have to read some 40 pages or more of the registration statement S-3, and the 10 KSB was bad enough. Apart of that, I really do not want to get into a pissing match with all those that think that adding a .com to a carcass make it nothing but a carcass.com Good luck Zeev
