Lazarus, good news! If I were to telephone Araldica and ask your questions, I'm sure the answer would be from their latest release,>>11) The company has engaged new accountants and auditors (which will shortly be announced via formal press release) (my emphasis), and anticipates- at some time in 1999- being able to publish its first audited financial statements, thereby becoming a fully reporting company.<< It would be great to have the inside track and know more, but until the information we all seek is public the only calls I'd make to Araldica would be to verify that the phones were connected and I have done that and can confirm that the new number (212 982-9555) is operational. For now I will have to be satisfied with the Araldica www.http://araldica.com web site for information. The good news is that there was an update as recently as yesterday. JOE
