So far I understand that you need a CD, then it interacts with the net. But the person I talked with was not with the company and just knows how to plug in a computer if someone else will turn it on for him! It could also be that the CD was to be used with Netcruise only. But it sounds like the WCW (World Championship Wrestling will also need a CD. If Turner Broadcasting likes it, that tells us something. As I posted, wee will know in a couple weeks. Thursdays close had the Stock at $1.53 and Warrants at $0.16. At the end, the stock went up from 1.41 and the warrants down from .22. ??? I would expect the warrants will open at .22 rather than the .16. At .16 you can buy 9.5 X more than the stock. At .22 you can buy almost 7 X more. Warrants die in November. 10,000 shares at 1.53 =$15,300.00 At .16, $15,300 = 95,623 warrants or 10,000 warrants = $1,600.00 Warrants MAY go up the same amount as the stock, but may not. Once over $4.00 a share for the stock, the warrants will really move. Remember, you may not be able to participant in the IPO if you have the warrants. This is just a guess, I have not found out for sure. But if you don't have the money to buy the IPO, it will not be worth much to you anyway. As I understand it, UTDL will keep about 70% of UIT, so either way you should get a hit. I was told (could be wrong) that we'll get the opportunity to buy the IPO, not that you will get the shares of UIT. My source did not know the answers. Which is best?? Your call............
