TG, welcome to the legion of Don Quixotes. Let me put it this way, I went on my expensive Hoover service to try and find some information on TSIG and they booted me out (VBG). The e-commerce field is getting crowded by the hour, those that somehow manage to establish brand names (which cost a lot, and VC like CMGI often put in the initial $30 to $50 MM that takes) have a fighting chance, but bootstrapping you way into fame (which from the little I have seen) will not be easy. I think this company already has more than 50 MM shares, and by the time all the floorless (is it a leaky one or a single shot?) get either converted (and the discount taken on the spot by selling the converted shares at 30% premium), or they find ways to short against the block, the number of shares required to feed lt say $30 MM into this company will be well in excess of 100 MM shares. Not much left there for the current holders, IMHO. But as I said, I did not look at this situation in any details, my first "screen" forced me to put it on the garbage heap file. Zeev
