Thanks Doug, I was thinking about connecting my generator to the natural gas, and having a propane backup, so I'll have to figure out the conversion or fittings...I guess (if its easy and quick). My problem is a big tank is out of the question in my residential area. I probably could squeek by with a smaller, portable-like tank. The local dealer here say they can get me the 8.5 model for delivery in June. Thanks for your info here. Also...was there a specific reason you select Kohler?
