TO ALL: COMMUNICATIONS MEETING AT TT ON 4/9/99 by: TOASTMAN_2001 (39/M/Costa Mesa, CA) Yahoo Message #26221 of 26259 In our quest to improve shareholder communications with the company, TT has agreed to meet with me and Peter (pvan11) on Friday April 9th, in Langley, B.C.. In what I consider an act of good faith and sincerity, TT has offered a trip in exchange for an objective stockholder's view. The chief purpose for the meeting is to discuss the recently posed questions and compose a concise, accurate response to each. As a result of my recent phone conversations with Rene and Wayne, I believe that the company clearly understands the significance of this face to face meeting and, accordingly, will make every effort to try and satisfy our concerns. Peter and I can assure you all that this will be an objective, fair communication, searching to find out details in how and why we got here and where we are going. Both the rear-view mirror and windshield view will be evaluated. In addition, we've been offered a tour of the Richmond facility, so you can expect to get a report on what we see, smell, and hear. Products from the meeting are expected to include a Richmond trip report, a set of minutes from our discussions, and the set of responses/dispositions to our submitted questions. .. This is a very big first step towards the development of better communications and understanding by the company as to our needs as shareholders.
