Taking the averages of the last report by McKay for the four metals and adding them then dividing by four yields the 2.4 oz.

Calculating the values of each of the averages of the four metals separately and multiplying each by the current market price yields the $3700 figure.

By the way this second set of numbers by McKay is lower than his first set. Also there are some low numbers in some of his data which pulls the averages down. McKay did indicate that he was retesting some of his high values for confirmation. In the event those values hold I believe he will be focusing on the area which produced them. Therefore the $3700 number is really at the low end of the range IMO.
