Alan, Do you have specifics for you contention that P-GILD will not be ready for INTC's new fabs? I think a review of what P-GILD does and the processes it replaces may be helpful here. I am sure Ian has this knowledge. I am not sure I think that UTEK can quickly ramp up industry acceptance for P-GILD. Again it is the diversified product portfolio, the diversified target markets (semi, disk drive, micro machine), the expected industry upturn, the success during the prior business expansion, and the ingenuity applied to creating new applications for its technology that have me betting on UTEK, but I don't recommend it as confidently as I once did.
