Kieth: Did look into your question on shares outstanding. As of Dec 31, 1999 the o/s issue is listed as 20,854,287 from the SEC form 10-KSB. There is also good size amount of cash on the balance sheet as of the end of the year. The company did a share purchase and retirement of treasury stock of some 472,200 shares. IMO I, feel they are on the right track of doing what they can to enhance my posittion as a shareholder through this type of action. There is no information that I have found that it will be completed by the company again this year. I wonder what they would do with funds if there was a buyout of the Biomoda side of there investment. Regards, Jim.... P.S.
