Street, it says and a 480,000 fine as in both!
I know a lot of Corporate email was brought to a halt due to this Virus.

Also, the Press doesn't give credit to who caught and traced it back to Smith. It was Network Associates. The combined company of McaFee/Network General. They have some awesome packet capturing devices known as Sniffers that can see all the datas origination, destination, and contents.

Pretty Awesome stuff
