Jim, keep in mind that there wouldn't be all the whining that there is if the company hadn't said last April or May or whenever it was that they were going to be a fully reporting company shortly. And yes for a BB company filing a Form 10 and becoming fully reporting is a very big deal. Right now they are like adolescents and just as cranky which is why they get the cranky reaction right back from a lot of investors.Becoming fully reporting is a right of passage for BB's. It makes them a lot more legitimate, but I'm sure also that I'm not telling you anything you don't already know.
