Hello Red
If you want to convince people that
this one is useless, don't use the point
that there are no diamonds at FALC.
Most have been here long enough that they have
decided to stick around until the question is
answered. If you want to create doubt in the minds
of KRT shareholders you should concentrate on that
last announcement about the Nasdaq company they bought.
It has been bothering me from day one and a few good negative
points would cause me to run for the exit.
Lets face it what good is this move

KRT is desperate for money and they do this

If they did it with shares we are diluted (for what if the rocks
are there)

If they got the rocks then release the results and apply for a listing
once the shares take off
(See Bid.com)

If they merge into this Nasdaq company our share are converted to
theirs and quoted in US funds making us vulnerable to exchange rate
moves (let's face it the Can buck should go up from here-if so we lose
again on the exchange rate)

If they merge they can get around their promise of no consolidation
buy giving us fair value for our shares for the new nasdaq company
Oh let's say 10 KRT for 1 new company (But it not OATMEAL)

If they do the above what are we getting fair value for, well
that would be FALC (So we trade 10 shares of Falc for 1 share of Falc)

Once on the Nasdaq assuming it is OTC they don't have to release squat
unless they feel like it making the VSE look like the NYSE as far as rules go.

And the final point Who the F--K do they think they were fooling when they plastered NASDAQ all over the release. A typical scam move.
They only thing they were missing was listing 5 producing diamond
companies to compare to and why not throw in 3 internet companies
so that this release would have showed up on every search done by
investors in the red hot internet sector

For me Red that last announcement has created more doubt that any
negative they have nothing poster has in the last 2 years.
good luck
Moreno
