g_m10,

Can they do it to any company or up to a certain size only?

I believe the MM, Specialists and the insiders definitely have the odds tilted in their favor. Regardless of the stock price of the company. Simply because they have access to information long before the general public. In fact small companies are much more likely to be manipulated because of their price and illiquidity. So when you consider these guys are buying and selling for their own accounts, besides making a market for the general public. You have to believe their interests takes precedence over every thing else.

As far as CKFR is concerned. Let me take a look at it and I will give you my opinion on it. Remember it is only my opinion.
