Weird Science...! We experienced some of the same type of (strange) crosstalk --- only starting with when we physically had moved the test machine across the hall from our graveyard shift help center. It's been an amazing experiment, though. We've logged and recorded most of the calls we've made; the one linked below is probably the most telling example, so I'll post the full call -- up to FP's 3 minute cut-off, that is...! :) nutcom.com If you listen and recognize it as similar to results you may have had, we'd be grateful if you'd please post or pm.
