Of course US would not attack before 2000 (now they stil can rely on their technology) to prevent from being attacked after 2000. No, this is nonsense. Because NATO is doing this only for the poor people in Kosovo. Because the NATO has a very high moral standard. (the Kurds, Srebrenica, Rwanda etc). Sleep tight, Paul
