I plan on selling to Popowich Milling. They bought a 20 acres on the South end of the field a couple years ago and set up an new 10 million dollar plant. Terry put the CN rail tracks in and poured the concrete for his mill and warehouse based on a verbal agreement. This was then put on paper by a lawyer in town.He then proceeded to build his plant. (This stands a couple hundred feet tall and can be seen for miles around...no Sask jokes please) He was not able to complete on time and I could have possibly had it all for myself do to "time is of the essence" but decided that I would let this deal stand and get paid a few days latter.

Life has enough headaches without being in court for years.
