What's up with the CFO resignation? fin-info.com The fact that they gave no reason whatsoever; not even the usual, opaque personal reasons; leaves me concerned. I called the company around the first of the month (annual report was released at that time last year) and they said not to expect results for another month. Are the delay and resignation related? On the plus side, including the Playboy settlement, I'm expecting around 0.09/sh earnings. On the down side, I'm left questioning the cost of recent promotions. Insider trading is mixed. Earlier this year, one director bought 20,000 shares at 0.25/sh for his RRSP; however, the insider trading record late last year was dominated Marcel Ghazouli's selling, including some for as low as 0.23/sh.
